I actually don’t have any tacos today, but I really like anything wrapped up in a bundle and easy to eat. I digress. So much is already happening this Feb. I have started some monthly challenges I will share with you soon and somehow inspiration is seeping into my soul lately. I feel very inspired and full of color. so check out some things I am working on…. a little sneak peek
I also added some new pouches with free shipping. They might not be in there long. They are all one of a kind and some might be heading to a Los Angeles shop soon, so if you want one, now is the time.
ps. I made the best mashed potatoes and you won’t even believe there were no potatoes in this recipe. OMG! my mouth is watering.
I will share my recipe secret and photo soon!
Have a great day, birds.

Somehow winter breaks me a part. I know it is part of the process of death, renewal and such. Some winters are harder than others. This one has been challenging. I have been feeling bear medicine so deep in my spirit. To just be and let things happen in the ebb and flow of each day. My dad is coming for my airstream tomorrow. I am grateful for the help and all I can think of is getting back in the groove of simple living and adventure. I don’t know where we will go and yah, that is scary a bit. I am just looking for some land with electricity and water for us to live on for a few months. Get out of Asheville and renew our spirits. I think we all need it.
What do you do to help from getting the winter blues?
We all start out knowing magic. We are born with whirlwinds, forest fires, and comets inside us. We are born able to to sing to birds and read the clouds and see our destiny in grains of sand. But then we get the magic educated right out of our souls. We get churched out, spanked out, washed out and combed out. We get put on the straight and narrow path and told to be responsible. Told to act our age. Told to to grow up, for God’s sake. And you know why we were told that? Because the people doing the telling were afraid of our wildness and youth, and because the magic we knew made them ashamed and sad of what they’d allowed to wither in themselves.

I have been sickly for the last 3 days. My head is pounding and I can only stare at the computer screen for small amounts of time, so I thought I would do a quick update.
I will be working like a crazy person the next few months, trying to use all my art supplies. What I don’t use, I will sell. Everything must go. No room in this airstream, it is 5 feet shorter than the last one.
Here are some pouches. I haven’t put them in the shop yet, If you are interested before. send me a note and I will sell it to you for a bit cheaper. info@lehowl.com They all have super cute interior fabric as well that is different than the silhouette. I am still trying to figure out how to do roll over images on the blog. how exciting!
For now… I am having a sale in my photo shop! Buy one get one free. Just send a note in checkout which free one you would like. – Visit my shop!

On another note. Tomorrow is Edi’s Birthday. It would have also been Millie’s.
She said we could postpone the party bc of my ailment. What a sweet girl.
If you want to send gifts. She likes soft things, and her favorite colors are orange and turquoise.
I have also been crocheting, since I can’t do much else. Edi really likes my blankets, so… why not?
So there is talk of the Airstream going to Oklahoma for renovations courtesy of dad and brother… what have I even done to deserve such lovely people in my life.
Have you guys even seen my last one. Ah. She was a beauty.
And I will be getting another foxy door knocker!
check out all my flickr photos here
and ps. this little nugget named Matilda is looking for a new home and I will be putting together a page for donations. She is going to the vet and I will keep you updated!

Well, the New Year has begun with a pop and a buzz. After that last post, I bought an airstream. It was literally fate how it all happened and I am so grateful and now scared and excited out of my mind to renovate it. This coming weekend I am moving it to a place with electricity to begin the changes! I am making a work list and hope to have it done and ready to live in by March 1.
So now, I am scraping by with every last penny so, I will be stepping up my 2 etsy shops, plus photo business plus working 5 days a week at the regular job which pays the bills. whew! I am exhausted already just thinking about it. I also promised the babes we would start a daily walking schedule. Stocking up on coffee right away!
What that also means, is it is smaller than my last airstream and not a lot of room for stuff – at all, so I will be sewing my fingers off and working on crafts to make all the pieces I have into art to sell. I will be simplifying to an extreme.
So here are a couple photos. Tomorrow, I will be going over to check on it. Sadly, it is parked in a lot unlocked which makes me feel so uneasy, so I am going into install an outside lock and take some before photos. I have to build in 4 kennels somehow – under the bed, desk and really utilize the space. also find a place for twiggy and hustle and flo. whoa! the whole zoo.
Sorry this is a short post. I have had the flu and not feeling so great, but I wish you the most magical
full moon blessings today!
