I feel very quiet this morning.
Pensive.
Letting thoughts sort themselves out.
Letting the busy of the weekend slow itself down and feeling like I need to find a cave and hang with bear for a while. It is time now. Today I am letting the warmth seep into my bones and heading down to the river in a bit for some meditation/journywork, to write and to let my spirit calm. The next couple weeks I am staying in and detoxing from the world a bit – letting my mind, heart and body quiet down. I am feeling a bit overstimulated- plus I have a lot of work to do for the shop.
So now is perfect time to begin my yoga class, continue my 80-100 oz a day water challenge, chew on some root vegetables and let the winter unfold.
The riveris calling so I will see you in a bit with some photos as always.
