I am so incredibly worried about Millie. I know it is my fault. I was careless. I walked her at noon last saturday without thinking of the high sun. It was only 25 minutes. Of course I have also been walking her around 4:00 as well, but the sun is not so bad at that time. All week her skin was red and blistery, she has an huge ulcer on the side of her mouth…like it was when she had a tooth abscess. So I don’t know which one it is. Her eye is constantly watering. I have been researching discoid lupus, trying to find holisitc remedies. I will not put her on steroids. I know there is another way. So I am trying to find the best kit to order and also what to feed her as this disease can also affect joints and other areas. Which would explain why she gets tired sometimes or her back legs hurt. I will do anything for her. Please think good thoughts…I need her to get better.
If anyone has experience with this…I would love advice.
On a side note…My parents blessed us with an awesome vacuum and blankets. Sally decided to make herself right at home in one of the boxes.
