It seems so many are crossing these days. I guess that is just how it goes. We all get older. It is hard, no doubt.
Rueben lived at best friends animal society when I worked there. He was a staple there, he had been there so long. My friend Hook LOVED him and so did I.
After years of being at the sanctuary he finally! found a home. So grateful when they do, especially the old ones. No one should cross without being in a home.

Shut up, you worked at Best Friends–in Kanab??? I knew there was a reason for the kindredness I feel with you…I tried for years to get a job out there (even making a video to send in with my application), but no luck for me. Now I know why it never panned out for me…other opportunities were being birthed for me instead. So cool to hear that you were there though!
yes! Katherine, I am sure where you are is a perfect fit… all things happen as they should, even when you think you want something, the universe knows what is best, if what you want is the best and most fitting. I can’t wait for you to take photos of austin!
