A day in the life of Ansli the Birthday girl

Have you seen anything cuter?!

She looks like an angel but when she was younger she was the devil incarnate, but over the years she has mellowed and she is my very best friend. I love her more than the moon.

Today was her special day. After my chores at the sanctuary, we went to get her a cruelty free egg sandwich at the coffee shop and some cookies from valerie. Ansli is scared of driving in the car, but after the cookies the shaking stopped a little. Poor thing!

After breakfast, we drove around a bit and then we went to the critter store to get some bones for a treat later with peanut butter. Since it is too hot to cook her anything, I think she will like this for her birthday cake thing.

The day is still young and lots left to do for her special day! She came into my life at only 3 months old and we have grown and changed to much together. She has been my shoulder to cry on through breakups, the loss of phoebe and millie, moving state to state to state a million times and so much more. She is my rock and I am so grateful she chose to live with me.
