I haven’t posted that much lately. There are reasons, but I will leave them in my head. The first couple days with Sally were rough, but now I am understanding what she needs and what her cries mean. The wind here is still getting the best of me, but today on my lunch break I took all the dogs for a quick walk. At least it was something. I work at night for the next three days, I am a little worried about leaving Sally, but I think she will just sleep. Apparently, I just like to worry. I actually like my night job, the owners and my co-workers are such good people. I have waited tables for very long time and this is the first time, I don’t mind working. I am getting my day schedule down where I go up and take photos in the morning for blogging, that way I can be home writing in the afternoon before work. I think this will work out for awhile.
Sally’s next post-op x-ray is on the 22nd. I am hoping to get her next surgery on the 26/27th if the doc can fly in that day. Lori thought getting her a wagon might help her spirits. Sally does loves to be outside in the sun with the wind on her face. She never gets to do anything b/c of her legs, but in time she will! Can’t wait.
So I will try to post more photos. Sometimes a pretty photo is better than words anyways.
