This is Aurora. I met her finally the other day at Jf’s and she is the absolute cutest thing EVER. She is liking a walking teddy bear with a comedic routine. I love her so much. If you are interested in adopting or meeting her email

Dear Gawd, I would never have thought a dog could actually gnaw their teeth down from biting at themselves… Gives you just the measure of how miserable she must have been 🙁

It breaks my heart to think of how neglected this obvious sweetie has been… and so, so many dogs suffering the same fate. Luckily there are people like you to help them!

I wish I could meet Aurora and give her an enormous hug… her super cute beady eyes are so fiesty and hopeful, you can tell she’s got so much personality, even after years of abuse. I will pray that she finds the wonderful home she deserves – lucky will be the person who adopts the toothless teddy bear!!

🙂

Hi Nini,

You should see this girl in person, the funniest personality. My dog Millie’s teeth are just like Aurora’s. When dogs are subject to outside life they get fleas and actually gnaw their teeth down from biting at the fleas on their skin. That is why she didn’t have any hair on her back as well.

ps.
Thanks for the blog, the writing is so funny!

She is soooo cute, with that furry round face and beady eyes… she’s come such a long way thanks to you guys 🙂

Do you know what happened to her teeth? The canines look almost like they have been filed down on the picture…

PS: on a completely different note, I thought you might enjoy this blog: http://www.badbeastie.blogspot.com/
It’s the lucky, rescued Boomer!
