Poor Buster, he is so charming when you see him in his cage. I don’t have the heart to tell him that black dogs have even less of a chance. And so he waits and waits. He’s been waiting since Oct. 2- through Halloween and Thanksgiving and New Years and Valentines Day. He’s there right now- in a cage- alone and waiting…
